Service policy
1. What are my payment options?
For samples, it is 100% in advance.
For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance when finish

2. How long will it take to ship my order?
As long as there is stock available, Jasanwit usually ships items within 3 work days for samples and within 7-15 days for formal order once receiving the confirmation of a new order. The order will not be confirmed until the payment reaches Jasanwit’S bank account. If we aretemporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you of the estimated lead time.
3. How to place an order?
Please send PO to Jasanwit and we will send back a PI accordingly. You will wire the payment and send T/T copy for our reference. Then the products will be in preparation. After getting the payment, the items will be sent out ASAP.
4. What does your warranty cover?
The product from Jasanwit is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.
